HELLO EVERYONE MY FIRST POST DIDN'T GO THROUGH!!! OK IF I DON'T KNOW THE LAWYERS OR THE COLLECTION AGENCIES ADDRESSES, DO I SEND THE VALIDATION LETTERS TO THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR'S? I CAN GET THE OC'S ADDRESSES BUT CAN'T FIND THE COLLECTION AGENCIES OR THE LAWYERS!!! PLEASE HELP ME OUT ON THIS MATTER!!!!!!!
Is the CA listed on your credit report? If so the CRA can give you the address. Do you know the name of the agency, or its attorneys? You can go to www.collector.com and try searching their rosters.
Thanks jlynn and ibrown59 for the advice, I'll be sure to get right to it. Its been quite some time and i moved so I don't really get any harrassment from CA's. I'm going to purchase the carreonandassociates program I hope it's worth the money. Like a dumb a_ _ I sunk about 1,500 dollars into this company that was supposed to do these validations, but all I got was scammed!!! Well you live and you learn I guess. I'm really glad that I have a place to where I can get advice and recieve it as well. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone in credit hell....
