Here a few years back I got a judgment on me for a car that I had financed for this guy and reposessed. These people didn't honor the contract so I had to repo my own car. Well the sherrif served me 1st , I showed up in court. It was postponed for a later date because of new evidence that I had. I never recieved the second notice. I only recieved the judgment of default (not showing up). I called to the clerk's office and asked them about a motion to vacate, she said she never heard of anything to set aside the verdict. To make a long story short: I had a contract between me and this guy not the wife (who filed on me).I didn't even know, that he was married. The judge evidently are good friends with these people I seen them all getting in the same vehicle for lunch after the first appearance in court. I'm going to do something about it now, because I didn't get served properly the second time and don't know who the hell this woman was.(I had no contract with her only the guy) My social security was never brought into this not even my d.l.# and it was reported on all three reports in the civil section!!!!! Be careful anyone can sue you and get a judgement and report it without any information on you!!(I KNOW)

    Name, Address, SS#, DOB. . .

usually having 2 of these is enough to land something on your CR

I would deny that this is yours to all 3 cras. I would think it would be difficult to verify without the ss#. I would do it over and over. I think eventually they would delete it.

what state did the judgement occur in? Was it in a justice or small claims court?

Isn't that, like, total grounds for an appeal? If the judge was good friends with these people, he had no right presiding over this case.

It was in texas. It took place in small claims court.

Trying to link the friendship up to my case maybe hard to do. It would be something to the effect of conflict of interest I believe. I'm just now starting on my credit overhaul and I am sure before everything is over with I will hire a lawyer and get something done about this wild bunch of stuff. I will keep everyone updated through my whole credit escapade. Thanks......
