Double accts after chargeoff

I am requesting some help. I had a Foleys charge acct that was charged off 3/99 for 506.00. We purchased a home in 8/04 and was forced to pay the total amt before closing. I was willing to live with this on my credit for the 7 years, since it was my fault for not paying. However, since then Foleys went in and created another acct with a type of Installment showing charge off date of 5/99 and DOLA 3/2002. Both accts have the same number, same balance and same pay off date. I have disputed the accts as duplicates and was successful in getting them removed from all but Equifax who keeps verifying this acct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Equifax's estimated date of removal is 03/2009.
