Thanks everyone for your assistance. I found a good letter on www.creditinfocenter.com that helped remove 4 inquiries from my TU and 3 from my capital one. On my TU, I only have 2 inquiries but the Equisux is showing 5 inquiries. The collection agency OSI or better known as RMA has pulled some hards, but after I get through with them with a non-permissable and other validation violations, well we shall see.
