    Looks like I'll have to file another lawsuit against the government, and against EXPERIAN this time.

    Aren't I glad that the state's attorney spent 14 months of court time to make the next suit, air tight. :)

    I am so heart-broken... Especially after finding out that after I received the "PREVIOUSLY VERIFIED" refusal to dispute, it's missing in action, too bad that doesn't cover their hide.

    I put in my letter, you would be hard pressed to argue that accounts which are the subject of a 14 month legal battle for reporting incomplete, inaccurate, and unverifiable information is from a data furnisher who's reliability isn't solidly been questioned as being unreliable. :)
