Yep. I've received the same error. Frustrating. Especially since the membership has been charged to my credit card. :-D
Exactly. I was just talking about this in chat. I got this last week. I want to cancel but cant log on and the phone number they give you for the log on problem is a leave a message deal and no one called me.....since Monday. Does anyone have the phone number to cancel, this service.
