Ok, so I F'd up trying to do an A&S with a few CC, and now I have three paid charge offs on my CR when I was going for complete removal. What's the best way to remove paid charge off's other then to dispute as "not Mine" or using the nutcase letter. I've already done that and nothing has budged. Any Ideas??
If they ae paid, you may get better results trying the Goodwill letters first. You can always nutcase it afterwards, but it's harder to nutcase first, then Goodwill.
Just to give a little back ground I have already done: the Goodwill letters Disputed with the CRA's as "not mine" Nutcase letters Estoppel letters Planet feedback 6 times for various brilliant ideas that didn't work. So now I need something new, or I'm screwed for the next 7 years, I would have been better not paying these fools and using the money as a down-payment on a trailer park lot. HELP!!!!!!!!!
