On my credit report under closed accounts is a cc account that says DLA 12//97. It has a zero balance and not derog info. Under Derogatory accounts it is listed again with a different # and the 3050.00 balance. The DLA is 9/98. This is a cc that I had that was closed and I hae not paid. What can I do to remove the derog acct? I am not sure which acct number is correct and I would like to remove the bad without messing up the other which is an R1.Should I send a dispute to the CRA with the derog acct as not mine?
