I wanted to be more specific about the duplicates listed on my CR. The original debt is from the creditor Discover. Now, under Discover it says CHARGEOFF, SOLD TO COLDATA. Then under COLDATA, it says CHAREOFF, SOLD to XXXX (can't remember name of the collection agency). Under this, it says BAD DEBT and the date is reaged as well.

Now, from the previous responses I got from you, you said to dispute these as DUPLICATES. How do I go about doing this? Do I state in the letter that all three of these accounts are duplicates and reaged and to remove them all except the original DISCOVER?

THe reason why i am a bit confused about if this will fly or not is - doesn't the CRA already KNOW that these are DUPS just be stating they were chargeoffed and sold again??

    Thanks in advance..
