   I have a friend who has been named power of attorney for her father. He can't hear, or see too well, so he asked her to apply for a credit card for him online, question, can she legally do this.

   I WOULD ASSUME IT WOULD BE OK...unless it says "NOT FOR CREDIT CARD APPLICATIONS"...that would be a WEIRD RESTRICTION!!!
