I know that I've read something about this on this board before, and I've tried the search, but am not having any luck. I disputed a debt over 2 months ago. No response from CA, after estoppel or ITS. I am planning on filing suit this week. They have not responded, yet have pulled a CR. Is this yet another violation or am I just hoping or too much?
