Do collection agencies have to validate that a debt is yours if it is paid? I saw where someone said to use the nutcase letter. However, I think I would have a better chance of getting this removed if I said it was not mine as they probably do not have a contrcat with my sigunature or any such thing validating that this was my debt. I would appreciate your thoughts. El
