Has anyone had any good experiences with making copies of DVD's with a DVD burner?

I keep hearing about DVD burners that only cost $200 or so and when I go to look for them I find that the drives that are advertised are actually CD burners that only play DVD's.

Here is a link for an external firewire computer DVD burner. For $569.00 + shipping. It can copy DVD-R & DVD-RW type DVD's. This one will burn at 2X.

This Internal computer DVD burner, which is currently out of stock, will do the same as the above unit for $428.00. This unit burns DVD at 1X.

For people who don't want to mix their computer use with their video pleasure, check this unit out:

This is a stand alone DVD recorder does on DVD media what a VRC does on tape. Cheep at $729.00 plus shipping.

Has anyone had any success with burning DVD media?
