Earlier some one posted if you change the user name and password, and left everything else the same you would get a new score.
I asked the same question today. I was told that all I had to do was change the id but keep the other info the same. I did that and got an updated score.
I am having the same problem with e-loan. I have an old account that has been charged-off back in 1997. However, I pull eloan and the factor says it has been late in the last two years (22) times. Either their system is screwed up or TU is not reporting all the stuff.
I'm sure what is happening is the scoring model (Creditxpert) considers charge offs to be currently delinquent. Until and/or if it shows paid, the model thinks it is late. It is not TU that is giving the score on E-Loan. E-Loan pulls the info from your TU report, then uses Creditxpert to come up with your score.
