does anyone know which cra e-loan uses when they give you their free credit score? and do you know how close their score is to the real thing?

All credit report services by E-Loan are provided by ConsumerInfo or CreditExpert. Both are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Experian. Experian scores are not real scores, but probably better then no score at all in most cases. I think the only way to get a real Experian score is to have a lender pull a hard and find out what it is.

EQ? Experian, Transunion, Equifax. EQ would be Equifax not Experian. What I am trying to say is that you will probably not get an Experian score based on FICO online.
