This questions is on behalf of one of my relatives. Which prime card is the easiest to get? especially for someone with limited credit. Discover? Citibank? Chase? MBNA? Bank of America? Wells Fargo?, etc?

Cross Country Bank? OWWWW!!! <BONK> Stop throwing things at me! I didn't meant it! Really I didn't. I'm sorry, it was a bad joke. I couldn't help myself. Would someone get me a towel so I can get this rotten fruit off of my lovely sweater? I think some old, rotten saurkraut had gotten in my lederhosen too.
I would say that Citibank is the easiest to get. I now have $6000 in credit from them, but still got turned down by Discover.
I agree, I got citibank no problem and Aria from providian both platinums, but got a big denial from discover after they solicted me 6 times!!
My personal experience was the oppositer - Aria wouldn't touch me with a ten foot poll (expect they offered me one of the subprime cards which I turned down). I have a Discover platinum with a limit of 12k, and a citibank platinum with a limit of 17k. Maybe I should have her apply for both Discover and citibank?
I was approved for Associates - which is now going to be a CitiBank? I have a credit history than spans just under a year, but it's pristine!
