And to Wondergirl, you don't know who this person is. He shows up one day spouting all this great stuff, yet can't answer one of the first questions asked, I suggest you be very careful who you deal with.
Ya'll take it easy on Omega, I have seen some of his threads on another site, and though y'all have helped me tremendously, I wouldn't mind other people w/insight contributing to this site as well. We might be sending away someone who has some info that others do not. Like I said I have seen some of his other stuff, and he is well informed, alike other people here. But I think new insight is always welcome.
Great. He still gave incorrect info and couldn't answer a simple question. Can you post a link to some of his other posts? BTW, no one is chasing him away. Read the progression of the thread. I asked a serious question, he got mad and left.
lkh, please don't laugh at me but no I do not know how to do all of that kind of stuff. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in. I would just hate to see someone with some knowledge not want to come back to this sight. I am definitley not trying to start a war b/c I have learned TONS from all of you but I have also picked up some stuff from Omega. And I don't want to have stones thrown at me but I asked him to come to this site b/c I thought all could benefit including him
This is the reason why I asked in my original post for info on how to remove a BK. The guy did nothing wrong offering the info...Now if he charged me for that Info, I would feel ripped off. I didnt hear anything new about getting BKs removed, but I did get a good laugh or two. Im not cracking on the guy, he seemed well informed. I didnt know that he charged for his services. I feel quite confident that I and others who have been posting here for awhile have heard all the latest techniques on getting items removed. He did have a point that each of us could learn from and that is to brainstorm for new ideas. Be creative..
He is more than willing to answer any questions for anyone in the forums. He just charges his clients in his area. As far as charging anyone on the net, I know he gives his information freely. By the way, the site is creditmania. Also his whole point of posting was not to try to say he knew everything about bk, he was tring to make a point. The original post said that all you have to do to verify a bk was look it up on the internet, he was saying that it isnt so!
agreed. He took the time out to elaborate when I asked him. He did give a disclaimer and took the stance of not advocating it, jut offering the information for education purposes. God knows, I have done things that might not have been purely ethical, but at the same time I feel justified beating a system that isnt fair. If you are new to this stuff, I wouldnt take the chance until you have a lot of experience under your belt..
I did not object to his strategies...even the fake address strategies...but the forging of court documents is definitely felonious and could get some naive person into alot of hot water legally. So I must go along with LKH on this one...his basic ideas are not new to the regulars here especially those who have dealt with this successfully...but his felonious ideas are definitely way over the line for me and if I were pbm I would have had them removed. Unethical does not mean illegal...there should be a definite delineation in any basically educated person's mind. JMHO, clc
If I remember correctly, he said that he does not practice this way, and that this stuff IS felonious, and that he does not think anyone should do it, that the proper way is to do as everyone else here does. Which is the way he does it. He said he was in no way condoning any felonious activity. Anyway I think this is a dead issue. Someone challenged him w/a question when he responded several people did not like the answer to the question he was ASKED. So therefore if you think you might not like someone's answer, why waste you're time asking unless you have nothing better to do than bash people when they answer a question that you have asked them. (BTW you not meaning any one person, just any one in general)
And by the way if people were attemting to run him out of here they did a good job. Now if he ever has any info that some of us might benefit from, well I guess we will never know.
Ditto.... I checked him out on the other site at creditmania and he seems to be legit. True enough he didn't shed any new light on what to do, but he made it really easy for a newbie to understand. He also stated that he didn't agree with the forgery and other illegal stuff but he shared what he has seen in HIS experience. Isn't that what we are here for, whether the experience is right or wrong, to gain knowledge. Nothing wrong with that. But I do agree with you that he could possibly have shed some new info that if he is gone, we will never know.
