Eddie Bauer preapproved

    I got home last night and checked my mail and had gotten an offer for a preapproved Eddie Bauer card. Un***ingbelieveable. Before I found this board I was "pre-declined" for any and every card. Now I have Orchard, NextCard and GetSmart MC/visas, plus Target and now EB. You guys are THE BEST.

    I have Eddie Bauer through FCNB. Haven't had any problems with them. They even report accurately!

    I applied for an Eddie Bauer card, but was declined (too many inquires, etc)., but funny enough, I was approved for the crate and barrel card (issued by the same bank).

    I got this offer today. It DOES say Pre approved, but there is about 20 things you need to fill in on the preapproval. SO....maybe not preapproved after all.

    Just my thoughts.
