8/12, INQ section: "Summary: 181". 8/13, INQ section: "Summary: 127". BTW, as of today: 1 hard left. Saar
WHY DO YOU HAVE A "COUNT" AND I DON'T??? Am I blind??? I have to cut and paste it on a spereadsheet...so I can get a count...(DON'T DO IT VERY OFTEN)
I used the "SPREADSHEET"... 126~~~08/13 125~~~08/12 124~~~08/06 Just did 3... NO "MASS" inquires when BYE BYE!!!
OK...LITTLE BLUE BOXES ABOVE YOUR CREDIT REPORT ON THE PAGE THAT LISTS ALL YOUR CREDIT ACCOUNTS... I SEE...
I lost 11 softs last night. I had been losing 1 hard every other day (or 4 softs on my part via creditwatch) so I'm down to 1 hard.
I STILL have no idea how you guys are doing this. I have asked and nobody has responded...come on now you give a dollar to Karyn but can't give me details? LOL
For all of those who have lost hard inquiries, how many of you check your credit every day or nearly every day?
Do a search here for "equifax inquiry deletions". It has been detailed several times. If you pull your reports every day, once you hit an unknown # of inquiries, they will start dropping off when they hit 45 days.
Once you become an addict...it is like 6 times a day, even though you know it only counts for 1 pull that day.
I just pulled my 2 for the day from CreditWatch and my last hard fell off. Funny thing is my score jumped 3 points. I thought you were supposed to have at least 1 hard inq?
RNG I GUESS THE CHART IS WRONG...ZERO IS BETTER THAN ONE http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/creditscoring/present/sld008.htm
My report seems to be holding steady at 176 inquiries total. (Of that, I have 3 hard inquiries.) Today, when I pulled my report two soft inquiries dropped off: 03/06/2002 Equifax Consumer Services Incq 03/01/2002 Equifax Consumer Services Incq These are a bit less than 4 months old, for what that's worth. I'm going to continue to keep a close watch on this. For whatever reason, I don't fit LKH's idea that after you hit a certain number your inquiries fall off at 45 days -- that's true for him, but unfortunately I'm proof that this can't be generalized to everyone (although I wish it were true).
