refresh: Ive got an electric will that was a charge off 1 year or more ago. it was recently added to my current account . so, im paying it off in monthly installments along with my existing bill. it still reports on my credit reports as a PAID/CHARGE OFF and the electric company will not remove it or change it until it is totally paid off. It even said this in my dispute. So, I called them, and they are sending my my account history from the past account and the current one. these are in the form of the monthly statements. Is there a way I can use this to get the CRA's to remove this tradeline? dispute it as incorrect as clearly my bills show I'm paying on it? Would I send the statement printout copies (all of them) to the CRA's? thanks
