one of my friends received a post card in teh mail for this card. it doesnt indicate mastercard or visa, so i told her to steer clear, but she is in financial troubles and needs an opinion. Does anyone know about this card. It says it offers 4000-7000 limit and they take 200 from your bank account and send the card, you get satellite dish and cell phone.
