For those of you that have had your Fair Isaac Empirica score for TU, how did it compare to your ELOAN score?

I am applying for a mortgage and my middle score needs to be above 700, according to ELOAN, I am just above 700. TU will be my middle score.

I'm not sure, usually my ELOAN score is a bit higher.

E Loan shows me at about 710 but the real TU score when pulled by a creditor was 794.

The last time I checked, my TU score showed 640, but Eloan showed 730. I have no negatives- I hate TU. Their score is bunk. :-/

I have never had my true Empirica (FICO) TU credit score but I tend to think that the E-loan score is just a tad lower than the True score. For me my Beacon score is 9 points higher than my E-loan score and my Equifax credit report contains similar data to my TU report.

    Good luck on the loan.

    Thanks for the responses.

I kind of think you are right Erik about your ELOAN score being a "tad" bit lower than the Empirica TU. I did a search and based on previous posts, it seems most people's Empirca TU was just a bit higher than ELOAN.

I am doing a stated income loan, and my middle needs to be at or above 700. I know that my middle will be TU. Will post the results once I apply for the loan.

    My Empirica score from 6/11 was 574. E-Loan from 7/15 was 561. Privista from 7/22 was 574.

A collection was added to my TU report after the 6/11 tri-merge, so I can't say there is a good basis for comparison.
