My current auto laon with cap 1 is 11 %. What are the chances of getting eloan auto refinance at 7 to 8% apr with score of equifax 650, bk being discharged 1 year ago. Will the enquiry be a hard or soft one? thansk

I applied with eloan and they made an hard enquiry with TU and the loan is provided by wfs financial. I am in texas and they offered me APR of 9% which is still better than cap 1 and my tu score is 660. Another thing I noticed CAP 1 is a SUB-PRIME lender where as WFS is not and that is BIG difference in improving the score I believe. any thoughts? With wfs we can make online payments but cap 1 cant. I dont know about the service with WFS but cap 1 was good.
I am in Tennessee and they always pull EQ here. I have applied for an auto loan and mortgage and both were hard. The auto one is showing as "E-loan (auto)". For the mortgage they pulled all three reports. I did get approved with a very low APR (4.8 I believe) but my score at that time was in the mid 700s. Mark
