Good morning! has anyone received a home equity loan from eloan? We are about to apply and since I make more money than my husband, the scores will depend on me and since they are a bit lower, I'm just a little nervous about where they pull from. All 3 CRA's? I am working on my credit and waiting for some diputes to pan out. My current scores are : EQ-660; EX-686; TU-655 my eloan free score was from a while ago and I can't get it updated-it was at 661 when my EQ was at 633???? In addition, ther appraisal process?? I'm in northern cali and homes are selling like crazy...I want to be sure we'll get a "good" approsal amount. Any info would be great, thanks in advance!
