This is what they say about me: Length of Credit History: You opened your first credit account 8 years and 8 months ago. This may not include accounts you closed more than 7 years ago. This is making your score lower. Having had credit accounts for a long time is a positive factor because your history gives lenders information to evaluate how you typically use credit and repay your debts. Someone explain this............LMAO
8 years is fairly long, but they are just stating that an even longer time would give you a higher score. I have 8 years and look at my scores Anyways, Christi.. Enjoy your 2 clean reports and 21k in new credit, why let these fools get you down?
You know what's scary - A mortgager pulled my report 3 weeks ago, and the TU score matched Eloan! And of course, I'm the only schmuck with a lower eloan score than TU. Maybe my mortgager set up an account on Eloan with my SSN and used that score GT
if you're getting that code, be happy! you're only getting very minor derog codes :_) look at them at degrees of harm. that one's nothing... they like 10 years...
Ok, I know it's not funny........but lmao!! That sounds like something a mortgage broker would do. And if you feel better, my eloan is lower than TU as well. Generations told me mine was 790 when TU told me it was 752 and eloan said 680. I only got $6K with them because of limited credit reporting. I only had 2 open accounts, FCNB and First Premier. I think with your new 700 score you will get B of A and Generations BOTH!!
