I applied with Eloan for a car-refi loan. They ONLY use Household, their affiliate. So whatever Household's requirements are, thats it. You might as well apply directly with Household so that you do not get two inquiries, one from Eloan and another from Household. They both zoinked me...
Be careful...when I applied with Household Auto, they pulled Equifax and denied me. When I applied through E-loan they pulled Experian, forwarded it to Household which also pulled Experian, and I was approved... Fickleness....
Sure, I live in CT so I don't know if they pull a different report based on where you live. My Equifax score was a 603 but my current auto loan showed massive lates (5-30 day; 5-60 day; 3-90 day). My Experian was a 570 but my auto loan due to my disputes had been updated to a perfect payment history. May I also suggest roadloans.com they offered me a rate 2.45% lower than household at the time. Household however, has a program where they reduce your rate 3% after 6 months of payment (without a new credit app). Roadloans seems to always pull Experian.
