Has anyone used Eloan or any other online mortgage broker. I am about to get a home loan and was wondering how they can advertise such low rates without any fees. A local broker I talked too said their fees are hidden somewhere. Anyone have any advise if I should stay away from the online brokers. Thanks Kara
um..i tried them once for a car loan..said i was approved..they said as long as i had a letter from my boss stating I used to be part time that my YTD would be fine (i'm a waitress, income is claimed tips)..I provided this and they said okay you're set to go...went to dealership to get a car...then they told me that no that letter isn't enough you're declined.. if they tell you you're approved i wouldn't necessarily believe them briana
