Thank you for taking the time to email us at Privacy Guard. Untill just recently I was able to pull everyday for me and my wife about 4 days ago the reliability of this service has gone to sh!t!! I sent them an email stating that I would be discontinueing their service if things did not shape up. Here is what they sent back to me: We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are still in your 30 day free period (sounds like you arent) I know they are supposed to only "let us" pull once.
You guys have got to be sh!tting me ! Do you mean to say that once my trial period is up and I enter the paid subscription period, I can't pull once each day ??? How often then ? I find this hard to believe but, if that's the case, no freakin' way am I continuing beyond the trial period !!!
It is a tri-merge report so they are pulling from all 3 CRAs. Three soft inquiries on the 3 CRAs so far. I just tried pulling a new report today and yep, it worked. I am in my first thirty day trial. I was under the impression from reading their site advertisements that I could only pull one every 30 days. And every 90 if disputed. Apparently, I was wrong. George, Don't you worry about split files from too many soft inquiries? I read some people complaining about split files. Wondering if I should be concerned about my file splitting or is that an okay thing? It sounds like to me that the hards do not fall off they just go on another unseen section of my CR file. Yea or Nay? Gretchen
This makes no sense ! I am in my $1 90 day trial period. Don't know anything about any 30-day trial. I pull a fresh report every day and the data changes on all three (as appropriate) on any given day. I can't believe when the trial is over that they'll charge me $90 for the next year and not let me continue to pull a fresh updated report once every day ! ***SIGH***
I meant, I am in the first 30 days of my 90 day trial. I do not know of a 30 day trial either. Well,,, Fred15 is pulling everyday and he is a paid member. Gives me hope. The 90 dollar membership is supposed to "extend our privileges." Not curtail them. Seems safe enough that they wrote that they will return the unused portion of the 90 dollars membership if we cancell after the free trial. Gretchen
I pull everyday now and I did during the 90 trial too. I get a fresh report everyday. What happens when you request the new report, does it give you an error?
