emailing CRA's "brass"

    I may not be their customer, but I, and every other consumer out there deserve better than the robots that are rude to consumers.
    They need to be reminded that while we may not be their customer we are in fact their clients very bread and butter.
    B-T-W it wouldn't hurt to remind the clients of this fact also.
