Okay, I emailed Robin Holland at Equifax 2 days ago. How long does it usually take for her to respond?
I e-mailed on a Sunday night and had an e-mail at 9 am Monday morning and a deletion, on the otherhand, this last time, she forwarded the e-mail to consumer affairs and I have recieved nothing thus far (aboout 3-4 weeks)
