Just checked my PG and my Providian account that was sold to Emerge last year has now been changed to closed-grantors request from closed-consumers request on EXP but on EQ it remains as consumer-request Now why would an account that has been closed and paid for months all of a sudden change the notation line? Just noticed that it continues to report every month ? My other closed accounts stop reporting once it's closed and zero balance. Is there a dispute here ? what is the purpose of continuing to report a closed zero balance account ? Wonder how FICO deals with that ? Maybe I will get lucky and they will pull and AR
