So after my hissy fit with FDSB this morning (argh), I come home to find a letter from GMAC, who I sent estoppel to two weeks ago, that said: Dear Ms. Donna: You were previously billed for $96.00 earned premium on your cancelled policy with GMAC insurance. This balance has been cleared. We have removed this account from the credit bureau. We apologize for the error on your account. Thank you for doing business with GMAC. Sincerely, Billing Services So at least I got to smile once today. I don't know if I can deal with this all the time! How do you guys do it??
