Prospective employer will be pulling credit reports as part of authorized background check. Credit reports include 3 negative accounts for past due or charge-offs. All three tradelines recently disputed with 3 major CRA's.

What will show-up on credit reports pulled by prospective employer? Will full account information be reported with the notation that the consumer disputes the accuracy of the information or that the account is currently under re-investigation?

Is TU now marking tradelines in dispute or under re-investigation?

Will the accounts showing up in dispute or under re-investigation have any adverse or postive or no effect when being viewed by a prospective employer----opinions?

How soon do the CRAs mark as being in dispute by consumer or under re-investigation? Does the time vary if the dispute was done online or received CRRR?
