Eq address for lawsuit

    On the lawsuit paper work they want an address not P.O. BOX. Do any one have this address?

    I read on the board it can"t be Equifax that i sue. Is it Equifax Information Services LLC?

    The GA Secretary of State's website shows 29 listings for Equifax and its various divisions.

    You probably want one of these two:
    EQUIFAX INC.
    1550 PEACHTREE ST NE
    ATLANTA, GA 30309

    EQUIFAX INFORMATION SERVICES LLC
    1550 PEACHTREE ST NE
    ATLANTA, GA 30309

    Note that both of those addresses are at 1550 Peachtree Street, while corporate headquarters is 1600 Peachtree.

    I will go with EQUIFAX INFORMATION SERVICES LLC
    that is whats on the report.
