Hi guys. Well, I bit the bullet and signed up for True Credit so I can keep an eye on things. My current auto loan, which is current and in good standing shows as "Auto Loan (obsolete)" only on EQ. Is this a status that is usually assigned to repos? If so, how do I fix this? Any help is appreciated.

I think that (obsolete) just means that the information is old and may not have been updated recently.

Usually, collections and repos are pretty easy to spot and called out separately in some of the credt report products.

I would most definitely not depend on a third party monitoring service for accurate details about your auto loan. If you are in doubt, contact the source of the information: EQ. Most likely it is a problem in correlating the fields in the two reports: the original from EQ, and the TC report.

Are you in possession of a recent EQ report? If so, you can call them with the Report Number and ask them how the account is showing on your EQ report.
