I "got a new one" of my report this morning like I always do and everything went fine. I just tried to "get a new one" and this is the message I got "Thank you for your interest! Our records show that you have already ordered this product. Please return to the MyEquifax section to access the products and services you've ordered. If you believe this to be an error, please contact our Customer Care department at customer.care@equifax.com or 1-888-532-0179, 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 Midnight Eastern Time Zone. " New website, New Rules? I thought it said unlimited access to your report. Anyone else have this happen?
I had this happen when I was with the 30 day trial CR. It takes 24 hours to update for a new report. so if you got it at 8am this morning, you would not be able to get it again until 8am tommorow. kathy

You signed up for "UNLIMITED"...not anything less!!! You can E-MAIL them and ask why you are getting less than "UNLIMITED"...are you going to get a refund of 90% of the purchase price since you are denied the "UNLIMITED AS ADVERTISED" ???
its still unlimited.. i ordered three today and the inq number stayed the same. the 45 day is still in effect..
When your score doesn't change they actually post four softies per day. You only have to pull one report. At least for me...

I think the 45 day rule is no longer in affect for hubby or I!!! My last "bumpage" was almost 2 weeks ago and the inquiries were only a few days apart. Same with hubby. We have been pulling twice a day: Me 8/13-138 inq 8/15 137 (soft is missing) hubby 8/13 120 inq 8/15 119 I think maybe before they weren't removing the soft, just well er ah you know, now they are including the soft. Anyone else notice this? LKH when was your next one scheduled to ya know????
Go to the BOTTOM of the list for say the 08/01/02 report look at the last (OLDEST) Equifax Consumer Services WHAT DATE IS IT??? Then look at today's report... Is the OLDEST one still the same date???
The Search does work, but sometimes us newbies get a bit lazy. And once again George you did not let me down. I am still laughing about the eyes that are here uninvited. On my EX, I have 3 pos. tl, and 14 derogs, I have put 10 in dispute, hoping to get an incr. in scores to get the Target Visa. Credit Ex. score thing takes some time to become what I call current. Thing my plan will work. Also all the inq. are in dispute too. So the report shows 3 cc, 4 derogs (2 student loan collections, 1 charge off, 1 collection) and 1 inquiry (the macys that macys has requested be deleted, didn't want to touch it, greed is a bad thing) Any long story short what do you think once Credit Expert updates?
