They finally are working after one week of being unable to access my report. Twice this week they have told me the system is down and will not be fixed for months. Others here have said they are accessing it all week with no problem. Of interest, they pulled five soft inquiries the day I opened my account last week, and have added one inquiry each time I tried (but failed) to pull my report in the last week. This sure is confusing. They are real good about notifying me each day by email when they change my address. No explanation as to why they change my address daily though. I've lived here about three years.
Thomas, Good that it is working for you.. BTW, how often do you get the notifications? Mainly for balances reported.. I mean do you get a notfication the same day the reported balance changes on any trade line? I am interested since I signed this week for CW and I don't want to pull my file too much in order not to cause a problem with file being too big... I am delaying my mortgage pre-approval till my paid accounts update with the CRA's.. Most probably a creditor doesn't have your current address and thus keeps reporting an old one.. Thanks
I get an update almost daily to change the address. Have not gotten one to update a credit balance yet or for any reason other than address. When you go to the site to see the update, they are not pulling a new report. They only tell you the change. I have been able to see the change each day, but have not been able to pull the report. I decided to pull my report once a week. When I used CE, I pulled it every day. This week, I tried more than once because I thought that someone may have pulled my report without permission and I wanted to check up on that issue. The soft inquiries correspond with the dates I tried to pull my report, not with the dates I got updates.
