This may not be news to anyone but me, in which case I apologize. I was rather pleased that, apparently, you can now delete (not even dispute, but delete) old addresses with EQ online. Here's a brief overview: I initiated an online dispute (with my report conf. number, last name, street number, and the SSN). We all know that the kind of information you can dispute online with this particular CRA is limited - you only have the option of choosing one of two or three checkboxes for every account you are disputing. However, this time around, at the top of my dispute screen there was an option for deleting old addresses. That's exactly what the checkbox next to each old address said: "wrong address - delete." They were gone off my report the very next day.
Of course. But personally, if I at least have a choice between calling and talking to a CSR vs. doing everything online myself, I choose the latter.
That option has been there some time now. They will delete the address until they verify with one of your creditors. If the creditor verifies then the address pops back on your report.

I told them all my bills go to the PO box so they deleted my street address. Then I was approved for a prime card & my street address popped back on there. I had to call and ask them to take it back off which they did.
