I have a chargeoff TL that I disputed 4 times on EQ, but it came back verified each time. However, each time EQ update this TL there's some little changes. After four disputes, this account now looks an open account with a bunch late payments. My question is, is it wise now to dispute this account as never late and hopes that the late payments will fall off and turning this TL into a possitive TL? Or is it better for me to send nutcase letters to the OC trying to get the entire TL off?
