EQ has my first name wrong, they said to correct it I needed to send proof of my name. I sent them a copy of the front page of my Social Security Statement (the one that shows what your future benefits will be). I received a letter and updated report. They say, "Please notify your creditors of your updated name so it can report on file." And my name is still wrong, and has been since at least 1994. I have never gone by the name they have (it has an extra letter in it.) How do I get them to change it.
Send them a $1,000 letter----->"FIX IT OR SEND ME A $1,000 OR YOU WILL BE ORDERED BY THE JUDGE TO FIX IT AND ALSO GIVE ME A $1,000" "WILLFUL NON COMPLIANCE"
