Eq high credit column

I was noticing that on my consumerinfo report there are many credit limit amounts in the "high credit" list (when I've never charged anywhere near that amount) but like a zero or n/a in the credit limit line.

On the report I get from the local eq affiliate, there is NO column for "credit limit" only the one that says "high credit" and some of the creditors have stated under their name "amount in h/c column is credit limit" but not all of them have done so.

My question is this: does our fico score that against us as if we'd charged the entire line? It's really only our credit limit and is not in fact, a true representation of our "high credit" as I believe the other bureaus report? I thought the real theory behind "high credit" was to see what your maximum indebtedness was on that account -like when you buy a car and what the total of the payments are OR if you consistently go over your cl on cc's? Which I no longer do and want my cr's to reflect such! I hope this isn't another way the cra's (eq esp.) have found to keep our scores down.

Speaking of......when my john deere revolving hit my exp showing 100% usage when it was really less than 30% but they didn't have the right cl, I posted my score dropped 27 pts. (Then another 5 when my dh's fleet reported that I am only aa on) I checked today and exp fixed the cl but my score only went back up 18 pts. Brings me to another point.... I wonder if being aa on my dh's cards and him being aa on mine hurts our scores? So many tl's!! They obviously didn't help when figuring my initial cl with mbna, in other words, MBNA didn't calculate them in when deciding what to give me.
