EQ is p***ing me off

    Hi all.
    I need some advice. I had sent to EQ a dispute letter received CRRR on 10/6. One month later, I found out that there was no investigation. I contacted them and they stated that they didn't receive the letter. I didn't push the matter on the phone. I sent a damand for removal letter that was received by them CRRR on 11/12. Today I contacted EQ to see if they received letter. The customer no-service person said that the received letter and started another investigation. Do they have the right to do this? What should be my next course of action. Any advise would be welcomed.

    so you've got the green card as proof they received your initial dispute?

    if so, make a copy of the green card, front and back, and send it with another letter stating that you have proof they received your first letter, (enclose a copy of that too) and that they had 30 days to verify. Since they failed to do so, they must remove the TL. Don't be demanding or mean, just be very matter-of-fact about things.

    thats what i'd do anyway.

    EQ has been doing this ALOT.... read the post around September and August on here. It's has has to me and at least 4 others.
