Get this, I try to pull my consumerinfo...."your order has been processed but we are unable to pull your credit report due to technical difficulties" (yeah and they are closed of course.) so I go to my eq gold.....we cannot provide your online product at this time.....so I call and YES my file is TOO long to download so an email was automatically sent to technical assistance (there goes my freakin *B*!!!!) and it's a "wait and see" for four or five days while they see if it'll go back into that error. HUH? "Do I get credit for the time I cannot use it?" "Ma'am I'm not going to promise anything but I will make a note of it and pass it on." WHEN is SOMEONE going to FILE a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT so these FOOLS don't have a MONOPOLY?!?!?! I am so sick of credit I could throw up. There I feel better!!
It will work...ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS DELETE 100% OF ALL INQUIRES ("HARD" and "SOFT") FOR JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST 2002...IF THAT WON'T WORK...DELETE SEPETEMBER 2002...IT SHOULD NOW WORK...
Gosh, are you serious? I'm shocked, that's not even a year ago. I looked a minute ago and it was working again and it looks like they only deleted a couple. If only they'd just FALL off.
