two public records showing one paid one unpaid both verified 2/02 two collections 79.00 (disputed) sent estopple, will try for removal 94.00 (disputed) same one unpaid repo balance 5025.00 with 1120 past due date opened 12/97, DOLA 4/00 date reported 7/00 FNB CC paid account 0 balance three times 30, 2 times 60 1 times 90 days late rated r1 date reported 2/02 I have never disputed the repo, is that where i should start... the collections are recent (2001) so i was thinking of the big push to get them off and clean up the FNB cc account with the nutcase letter maybe.. suggestions (there is possible lawsuit brewin, but need to consider my options)
