Two weeks after my EQ dispute started, my report went from showing "Consumer Disputes - Reinvestigation in Process" to appearing on my report as if the investigation were over. I called EQ 4 or 5 days after I assumed the dispute ended with no success only to find out that these items were still under investigation. Any creditors that pull my credit would have no indication that these items are in dispute. Any CRA violations here? P.S. Great site, useful info but a lonely "Member Chat" area.
