I have to agree with Velouria. Experian has to be the worst CRA to deal with. I hate to say this but Equifax was a pleasure to deal with compared to Experian. TU was also a pain until I contact Don Richman. Once he got involved my dispute was handled promptly.

I 2nd that!! Right now EX is being a pain, and TU went from being my worst report to now becoming my best report. I dealt with Don too. EQ, for some reason, has never really been to difficult - I wouldn't say easy either :)

    Good Luck!

I 3rd that! Ex is not cooperating at all. TU used to be the worst for me and my husband. Now my hubbys score is 667 and mine is 732(our best scores now). Equifax has been easy to deal with for us.

drichman@transunion.com is his e-mail address. I have had his help getting a report updated correctly. Beware though, many others state that contacting Don Richman will put you in the "priority club" at TU.

Other members please feel to correct me if I'm wrong but I believe when you join the "priority club" your report requires "special handling." Similar to when your involved in a lawsuit against a CRA. I also believe that one of the "benefits" of being in this elite group is that access of your online reports is restricted.

I contacted Don Richmond regarding a charge off that couldn't be verified. He wrote me back advising the reciept of my dispute and 30 days later it was deleted. As far as I know, I never was in the priority club and had no problem accessing my reports online.
