I received an update today. They say they have verified this as belonging to me. The only new information is an discharge date. This will drop off July next year. I really would like to have it off NOW! They deleted a tax lien and late pays on a CC acct. They ignored my request to remove inquiries. Not bad, but I really want this BK OFF!
Try again online... Don't waste time on the inquiries, EQF will not delete them no matter what the reason or how you ask (mail, phone, online, PFB)....
Bkev, Thank you. Will I receive a confirmation number wtih an online reinv. request? Is it quickier. I guess I have been leary of doing the process online, but I am tired of paying $4 a pop for cert'd, RR. cariba
