   Last month I send a letter to EQ for a unauthorized inquiry, when I got the new report back...guess what THEY RE-add a colletion account that was verify them deleted on NOv 2001!!! ISnt this WRONG & violation of FTC???? Please, some one give me a clue what should I write to this MFFF...

   Did the front page of the report have a notice that the acct. had been reinserted? The FCRA says they can do this IF the info has been "certified" as correct and they notify you within 5 days of it being reinserted. I would send them a letter demanding to see proof of the "certification".
