I started an online dispute almost 30 days ago and I checked on it today. Nothing I placed in dispute is showing or notated that it is in dispute. Also, it gives today's date as the investigation start date and Nov 1 as the completion date. Is this yet another "chess" game they play?
SAVE THE SCREEN AND PRINT IT. If they do not delete tomorrow send them the copy and demand it be deleted.
When they change the start date like they did, it means that your file is being updated at the conclusion of the investigation. When you log in tomorrow, you will most likely see no current dispute and your disputed item(s) will be gone, in most cases I've seen like this.
