I signed up with CreditWatch a week ago and every day I check my report, it keeps saying my score and report is as of July 23rd. How often does this get updated or how do I see a more current score/report? My inquiries still shows as 32.
There is a link to the right of your most recent report that says 'get a new report' or something like that...
if you click get a new report, and it still gives you the other date, and doesn't give you a new one, call the number for the Creditwatch staff. they are there 7 days a week, unlike the CRA's. I had to do this, reported what it was doing, and they fixed it for me. They couldn't tell me what was broken, but it seems to be fixed now.
